UK Tracked Delivery: Free tracked UK delivery on orders £20+ (after discounts). £2.99 under £20. With Buy 2 Get 1 Free, 3 A4 posters come to £21.58, so they ship free
Express Delivery: £3.99 on any order. Choose it at checkout
Dispatch Time: Orders dispatched within 1 to 2 business days
Delivery Time: Typically 2 to 4 business days after dispatch
Packaging: Posters are shipped flat in protective bubble envelopes
Free Gift: Every order includes a free sticker and an exclusive 20% off code for your next order

14-Day Returns: You can return unused, undamaged posters in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery
How to Return: Email sales@posterlystudio.uk with your order number. We'll confirm your return and tell you where to send it
Return Postage: You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns
Damaged or Misprinted Items: Email sales@posterlystudio.uk with your order number, a photo of the poster and a photo of the shipping label. No need to send it back. We'll send a free replacement, or a refund if you prefer
Custom Prints: Custom and personalised prints can't be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged
Refunds: Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return (or within 14 days of approving a damage claim)
