Sizing posters around your monitor
A 27-inch 16:9 monitor is about 60 cm wide (screen area only; bezels add a little). A 24-inch is about 53 cm. Aim for an arrangement close to your monitor's width, or slightly wider:
- One A3 portrait: 29.7 × 42 cm. It's a clear focal point centred above the screen. A3 in landscape is 42 cm wide.
- Three A4 portrait: 71 cm wide with 4 cm gaps, a close match for a 27-inch monitor.
- Four A5 portrait: 71.2 cm wide with 4 cm gaps, and only 21 cm tall, so it fits under a shelf.
- Two A3 portrait: 63.4 cm wide with a 4 cm gap. It suits a wider desk or a dual-monitor setup.
Leave a gap of around 20–25 cm between the top of the monitor and the bottom of the posters so they don't feel cramped. Measure your own monitor and desk before ordering. The poster size guide has more detail.
Building a set over time

Putting it up: a quick plan
- Measure the space: note your monitor's width, the height from the desk to any shelf, and where your lights sit.
- Pick one size and gap: keeping the same size and a 4 cm gap makes the wall look tidy, even if the games are completely different.
- Centre on the monitor, not the desk: your eye goes to the screen, so line the arrangement up with it.
- Test with paper: cut paper templates to size and tape them up before fixing the posters. It's the easiest way to check the gap above the monitor.

Our prints are matte, which reflects less light than gloss paper. If you choose the framed option, its clear plastic front will reflect some light, like any glazing.
